Please be aware that from September 3 to November 30, 2024, the Kanaloa Complex will undergo asphalt replacement in the parking lots and roadways. This extensive project will take place Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with possible weekend work. Unit 303 will experience significant impact between November 11 and November 20, 2024. Should you have any questions regarding this project, feel free to reach out as refunds will not be issued for any inconveniences caused.

A one-time resort fee of $30.00 applies at Kanaloa.

Kanaloa 303 is situated in Building 3 and requires navigating a few stairs to reach the front door, with a full flight of interior stairs leading to the main living area. This location is perfect for creating lifelong memories on the stunning Big Island.

The Kanaloa Community is a beautifully maintained gated condominium haven in the heart of Keauhou, just south of Kailua-Kona town along the oceanfront. Revel in nearby breathtaking beaches and a short drive to the Keauhou Shopping Center, which offers essential grocery shopping and delightful dining options.

Upon arrival, you will receive a basic “start-up supply” of essential items such as laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner, and salt/pepper. Additional items like cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap, and aluminum foil are not included, but can easily be purchased at local grocery stores.
